Wonderful tour of Canada’s cuisine

Prior to listening to this podcast I knew that there are some fantastic dining options in Canada given what I experienced when I visited Vancouver, but I never heard much about other areas or about local producers. After listening to this I’m incredibly excited to discover more about Canada’s culinary scenes and producers.
