great read

fast paced and realistic. Alana's characters have amazing hearts... even the ones u don't expect will. can't wait for #2

It was an ok audiobook. I drive an hour to work and it helps. I just expected more to it

I have not listened to any books by this author before. This first book in the series was great! I can't wait to get started on the next one!

Moving and hopeful

Great for teens and young singles. Christianity at work in day-to-day life. As Kennedy deals with a young girl seeking help at a pro-life pregnancy clinic. Suspencful and satisfying.

What did you love best about Unplanned?

The way that this Christian Suspense book faced the circumstances. Kennedy's first choice of action was not always prayer.

What other book might you compare Unplanned to and why?

Each of the other books in the Kennedy Stern series. Each has their similarities as they face the problem addressed in each book.

Which character – as performed by Keli Douglass – was your favorite?

I enjoyed the way she performed Kennedy and the kidnapped girl.

If you could take any character from Unplanned out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Ruben would be fun but I would have to choose Kennedy over him just so we could talk and enjoy each other's company.

I highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys Christian suspense.

Thought provoking

An exciting and engaging story that kept me interested throughout. I generally prefer male or deeper women's voices so the narrator was not my favorite. I did, however, get so involved in the story that I was able to enjoy the story and forget my feelings about her tone of voice.

good story

but boring narration, oh boy. pleasant voice but no emotion. read it like you are living it. story some excitement but I did like the story line. needs to be longer and characters developed more but I would "read" the others in the series. dont think I could listen again unless I got a great deal enough to buy it.

Sorry…just couldn’t connect

Kept waiting for it to grab me but unfortunately it just got worse & worse. Cannot see how anyone could give it 5 stars. No substance at all. Very disappointing. Will definitely not be reading the others!

Great book, even for men

I am a 37 year old man. This book drew me in and kept me listening better than most. The suspense is masterful and the author deals amazingly well with issues of faith, hardship, heartbreak and terror. Kudos!
