So good!
Sara Alexander is genius in her ability to create, and then to tell, a story. I love the sound of her voice and the way she captures the spirit of each character through tone, inflection, and accent. Ms. Alexander’s descriptions of food, people, and romantic places far away are captivating. This is a sweet story told in a lovely way.

This book was a wonderful story of a forever love. Wonderful descriptions of Sardinia it’s people and customs. Sara Alexander writes with passion and knowledge and narrates with true understanding. The book had a very unpredictable ending.

Beautiful Escape
This is my second Sara Alexander book. Since travel has been put on hold these last 2 years, it’s a pleasure to travel through Sara’s story and beautiful narration. I loved it

The ending!!
I ordered this book bc I loved Sara Alexander’s book 40 thousand steps to the sea so much. That is my all time favorite Audible book of all time so far. The author narrating the beautiful stories is amazing. Under a sardinian sky was not as good, but still worth a credit to me. The story has a slow uphill start, but I decided to stick with it counting on the author/narrator. So glad I did. I hope Sara Alexander does more books.
