Not one of my favorites
I haven't read a Nicholas Sparks book in several years, and I picked the wrong one to start back on. I didn't connect with any of these characters. It was missing the emotional ride that you expect with his books.
Lexie Darnell returned home to Boone Creek, North Carolina after a failed relationship and vows she will stay there with her psychic grandmother.
Jeremy Marsh is a New York City journalist that specializes in debunking the supernatural. He comes to Boone Creek to uncover the truth about ghost sightings and falls for the librarian, Lexie.

Such a cute book💕
The book has a relaxing sweet flow that keeps you wanting to read more. The characters seem so geniun that makes them lovable. In comparrison with the last book I read from Nicholas Sparks "See Me" (also highly recommended) this book has less suspense but is a sweet bed time story. With regards to the scary sections I expected a little more but the romance made up for this.
