This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... I guess I didn't understand the ending. Some stories are like this. Great detail in the beginning and then the ending come so fast, you're still confused when it's done. The parts I understood I liked.
The Trail to Crazy Man by Louis L'Amour
Again the ending was lacking for me. But the rest of the story was very interesting.
The small biographies of these writers were almost as interesting as their books!
The narrators did excellent work! I enjoyed them very much!

Outstanding Story/Great Reader!
This is a classic Louis L'Amour Story with guns, horses, fierce fistfights, and a fair Lady being cheated or some other offense. Very authentic settings in the great west!

Three fines western stories
The first two stories were good and I enjoyed the surprise endings. Louis L'Amour showed himself to be the master of the westerns I love. His hero is noble and brave. These are good reads.
