Seasons of the Heart

Falling in Love

Katie Morgan has her future planned. It doesn't include becoming serious about anyone before she achieves her goals, not even her handsome boss, Wade McAlester. Just because she does not have time to date, doesn't mean her boss shouldn't. Her new mission: to make her boss happy, whether or not he wants to be.

Winter Chill

When Sasha Steinfeld sees Katie Morgan's engagement ring, she realizes it could have been her. If only she wasn't so frigid around men. Overcoming the past isn't easy, but Sasha knows she must if she ever wants to find the same happiness Katie has found.

The last person Forrest Tucker expects to see when he gets to his cabin is Sasha. When he realizes she's injured, Forrest does what any good citizen would do - if they were helping someone else.

When Forrest learns the secret behind Sasha's chilly personality, he sets out to help her thaw.

Spring Break

Kelly Sanders volunteers at an orphanage and loves working with children - even if they can be a bit mischievous at times.

Marc Stevenson is used to fighting fires, not rescuing damsels in distress out of trees. He thinks Kelly would be perfect for him, except for that one flaw. How does a man, with visions of children, fill a nest that's sure to be empty if he spends it with the woman he loves?

Will some munchkins playing matchmaker be able to bring Kelly and Marc together? Or will love's ember never have the chance to be ignited?

Heated Summer

Margaret Stephens has her sights set on marrying a man with a promising future. Nicholas Alexander is definitely not that man. His boyish charm isn't going to sidetrack her; not that he appears to want to. Nick's judgmental manner irks her because he doesn't know her. Not well enough to condemn her, at least.

Can two people from different sides of the track meet somewhere in the middle? It's a rough ride till they find out.

A good book

I enjoyed this book. It was good to know that the people overcame the problems they had, lived through it all and found good friends and a good future.

💟Sweet Christian Romances 💟

This book is 4 books in one. Each book in this collection is under 2 1/2 hours long so they are perfect to listen to in the car or on a walk.

These are sweet Christian Romances and would be great for any age group to enjoy. They are written and narrated well and the stories are interesting, engaging, and have good moral values without "preaching". It has the perfect balance.

I would like to thank the author, narrator and/or publisher for giving me this audiobook at no cost through Audiobook Boom in exchange for my unbiased review. 😉

Four short Christian romances.

I was given this collection of audio books free in exchange for an honest review.
This audio book is a collection of four relatively short Christian romances. In all the stories, the characters are all looking for someone who shares their beliefs that they can love and spend their lives with. There's also some humor thrown in, like one character getting caught by a guy who's window she is currently stuck in. In another, the female character has to be rescued by a fireman from a tree.
The narration by Allyson Voller was very good and very entertaining.

Warm Fuzzies and Laughs

Susette had me laughing one minute and crying the next, throughout this series! A lot of fun to listen to, especially with Allyson Voller's narration, including the different voices for the characters.

Four great novellas in one book

Susette Williams writes her books from a Christian standpoint, which is why I always look forward to reading or listening to them. These 4 short stories are full of humor, love and forgiveness. I would recommend Susette's books to anyone who wants a good clean book to read or to listen to. Allyson Voller adds her voice and makes it a great listen.

Sweet

Would you consider the audio edition of Seasons of the Heart to be better than the print version?

I never read the book so, I can't answer that question.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

Love the fact that it was clean. No graphic love scenes

Have you listened to any of Allyson Voller’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No but I will listen to her again.

If you could take any character from Seasons of the Heart out to dinner, who would it be and why?

That is a hard one. I'd just have to have a party to hang out with them all.

Any additional comments?

If you like Christian romance then this is a audio book for you.

Heartfelt Stories Based on Seasons of Our Lives

"Seasons of the Heart" was a heartfelt and bittersweet book. One could say that it's based on real life dramas that we go through in life and the role God plays in our lives. And faith. I liked the way the author, Susette Williams wrote this book with the four seasons. The stories are real life events that we all go through at different times or seasons in our lives. It touches on many issues. I enjoyed them all. I like that that they're faith-based.

Allyson Voller's narration was so good. Her vocal skills are excellent and I enjoyed listening to her read through all the characters. She made this a relaxing, easy to listen to audio. I look forward to more from both author and reader.

Clean Christian Love Story

I'm not a fan of this genre, and the book wasn't special enough to change my mind on that. I was bored the whole book.
