Robin Sachs is a great narrator
Robin Sachs' narration is the reason to buy this audible book. His characterization is very good and he brings the different characters alive. As this book is the story of a film, Robin Sachs narrates the frequent fight scenes well, lending drama to the reading. I enjoy his voice.

It was the perfect accompaniment to the trip and I greatly enjoyed being transported back to that story alongside walking through Sherwood Forrest!
David B. Coe is a wonderful story teller and I’ve had the privilege of sharing several conversations with him over the years. It was lovely to be able to support him in this way!

Just like the movie with Russell Crowe
I was very pleased listening to this Robin Hood novel. The narrator is fantastic at all, the various voices and characters and makes the story very interesting for anyone loving the Robin Hood story. Since I had just seen the movie with Russell Crowe, I was pleased that the movie was made directly off the book.

Thoroughly Enjoyed This Book
This version of Robin Hood was very well done. The story outlines Robin‘s actions before he becomes an outlaw and ends with him joining forces with others who are living in Sherwood Forest. The narrator finds a unique voice for every character and has amazing dynamic quality in every scene. It is a great piece of work.
