It is said that 10 Indians with a good leader is a force to be dealt with, so when word got out that a small band of mixed-breed Indians, led by a young warrior who was given the name of Many Lives, had attacked the Cooper homestead and savagely slaughtered its occupants, US Marshal Harry Finch was assigned the job to track him and his band of redskins down and bring them to justice.

Renegade Apache

This book is about Harry Finch and his friend Marshall Conrad. They have been assigned to bring in a group of Indians (Many Lives). The book is pretty good to be short. It has a lot of content in it. Not my favorite storyline but I still enjoyed it. Kevin Iggens did a good job narrating this book. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. Thank you.

Wow

I got this book via audiobook boom. This is the story of how the settlers came in and took over the Native Americans land and then got mad when they fought back. Although Many Lives was killed in the end. it is still a sad commentary on how the west was settled. When I read or listen to stories like this it makes me ashamed of how our nation treats others. Some are still trying to justify the actions of breaking treaties and calling the Native Americans savages when they actually came in and took over thousands of acres of land so they could call themselves land barons. The narrator was very good as usual. I have heard him narrate several stories. I just did not like the story. It was developed well and the action was told properly. I just did not like the premise of the story. Harry Finch did his job as he usually does. So he was again the hero.
