Riveting saga
This is the best trilogy taking place just before & after the start of the civil war. I just finished the first two books in the series and can't wait to continue. One can't help but fall in love with the wonderful cast of characters.

On To Richmond
This is the second book on the civil war in the Bregdan Chronicals. I found it as fascinating as the first one. Each character brings a different aspect and perspective to the action going on. Her writings keep one involved and anxious for the next chapter. Appreciated it in Audio. Wish all the books were included with Kindle Unlimited.

Destruction can bring love
This book in the series about the Civil war encourages all of us to hang on to hope no matter what the circumstances are. The old friends develop their lives in meaningful and positive directions despite the horrors of war all around them . Excellent story

Capturing
I feel like I am living in this series. it is amazing to think this was not very long ago in our history and people believed they had the right to own others. I love each character and their struggle to make the world a better place.
