The Best Miracle of All

Karen Kingsbury has never left me down, she’s an amazing author of portraying love and losses, human interest with some twists and turns, triumphs and failures but always illuminating God’s love for everyone who is willing to seek him. Well done Karen and narrator Richard Ferrone..

Story with a twist

I loved the Christian view point, the love, but was disappointed for the first time in the Why of the story. As Christians the family in the book should have helped the mother make plans for the children long before her death. Of course accidents are hard to plan for so in the beginning of the story I was fine, but I found myself disappointed in everyone who loved this family when I found out she had a long term illness and was being guided by a Christian family. Karen usually handles these issues better.

Karen slayed it again!

I have chuckled. I have shed many tears. I have summarized the story for my husband since I listened on headphones and he saw my tears. I have been able to envision the town, the statue, the characters with crisp clarity. I could feel the cold of the air as the story unfolded in November… and I listened in November. My heart has been warmed by the transformation and undeniable work of God.
Thank you!!!
God bless you…ALL of those who had a part. It came alive in the story presented as well as its presentation.

Difficult to follow along at first but keep listening!! It gets better!!

It was difficult to follow along with the story at first- probably because most of Karen’s audio books are narrated by female readers, and this one is an older male reader. Not that I am biased, it just threw me off for the first chapter or two. But I am thankfulthat I kept listening, it turned out to be a REALLY good read. Different from many of her other stories because it envolved so much law and history but a wonderful story just the same of faith, family, and God’s unchanging love for us.
