Very suspenseful!

A definite thriller! The characters are quite well defined by the narrator! And the story is very different and it takes a while to figure out what is happening! Very enjoyable read!

Edge of My Seat

This thriller kept me on the edge of my seat while driving to work. Although, this is a Christian novel, it makes sure that we know there is real evil in the world, and those who's grief can drive them to destructive means. This story lets us look through both sets of eyes, the victim's and the killer's. It also reminds us that not everyone is saveable, but through community and love, we can overcome. The narrator had a great voice and at times I got a little mesmerized by his voice. This also helped during the times I was on edge waiting for what was going to happen next.

Finding God in bad situations

This was a very interesting book. It kept me engaged and I had a hard time walking away from it. This book had a mystery and a killer on the loose. The killer was out for revenge for the death of his only daughter. This book addresses the hurts and some of the situations that happen surrounding abortion. The narrator did a great job of keeping the voices separate and was easy to listen to. This book touched many emotions throughout the story: sadness, grief, happiness. Most of the characters in the book had a relationship with God. Because of that relationship, the story wasn't as scary as it could have been. I recommend to those that love mystery and suspense and second chances.
