After paying a visit to her Aunt Adele, she fell in love with the tiny town of South Lick. And when she spots a "for sale" sign on a rundown country store, she decides to snap it up and put her skills as a cook and a carpenter to use. Everyone in town shows up for the grand reopening of Pans 'n Pancakes, but when the mayor's disagreeable assistant is found dead, Robbie realizes that not all press is good press.

I can't give it a 5. It's not classical lit BUT...
I can't give it a 5 because it's not a classical piece of literature but it is very entertaining. I have read the entire series so far and have purchased the next one. This is a cozy mystery series that I have throughy enjoyed. This book shows just how cut throat and yet loyal women can be. Enjoy with your coffee, latte or tea. I did.
