Publisher's Summary

The cares of the world often silence the peace that the Lord freely gives. When we experience life's times of stress and chaos, we too often forget to pray, lay our burdens down at the Cross, and gain our strength from above. Instead, sadly, we end up suffering more. In It's Good to Know; Peace is just a prayer away Debra shows you how to live a peaceful and less burdened life. The solution is available to all...

Truly a Treasure!

What a find! I had been looking for several weeks for some scripture passages like this. I close my office door and have a few minutes to reflect on the day and this is perfect! I love the scripture selection and the music is beautiful. The singer's voice is so soothing. "My God, I offer my day to you" is my prayer set to music. What a treasure!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This offering is less than 10 minutes long. Not long enough for ER, ICU, or ER waiting room, but perfect for in the car getting there. Or on the way to work, especially third shift paramedicals or law enforcement. Short enough to keep you safe on the road, or to keep stress away. Would be good for on the ride home from a stressful shift caring for others, as well. Perfectly balanced prayer set to simple but elegant music, and encouraging verses from the Christian bible.
KP has not only read aloud the verses, but provided the music, and has done a remarkably good job on each.
Don't miss this one, and keep it close.

Peace IS Available to All...

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This short devotional is the perfect suggestion to give anyone who is burdened or weary and who needs to find rest...rest in the Lord. The total "listening time" is very short, but the powerful reminder of WHO GOD is in our lives is forever lasting! Prayer is our way of communicating with the Creator of the Universe, God Almighty.

What did you like best about this story?

I was reminded by the writer, Debra Benson, of the powerful connection of prayer we have at our daily disposal. We can speak with God whenever we want, and we can know His peace through our reaching out to Him.
