The opportunity to tour Israel came at a good time. For months, my life has been a mindless plodding through necessary routine, as monotonous as an all-night shift on an assembly line. great book, great content
Really refreshing to read a book that you don't have to fear the language being used. I really enjoyed learning a little more about Israel's history. Interesting how the story was woven using scriptures. The narration was entertaining also. well done. I will definitely be getting more books by this author.

God Remembers and He is Faithful
Most memorable chapter?
I came most alive during the last two chapters. We are reminded of Yahweh's covenant of love with mankind, His consistent mercy and faithfulness, and His expectations. He knows that we desperately need Him and so He waits for us, not wanting anyone to perish but for all to wholeheartedly return to Him. He chooses not to forget us even when we walk away from His love, provision and protection.
I also liked that the author quoted biblical text from the NIV.
My only dislike, which was easily fixed,, was the slow reading of the author. Once I sped it up, all was perfect. I look forward to hearing the other four books in this series.

My favorite Biblical series!
For me it is normally hard to follow an audiobook. But I love how this story keeps you wanting to listen to more and more. Lynn Austin is a wonderful author, and I'm looking forward to starting her next series soon. Suzanne Toren was a delight in listening to!
