He doesn't wear a warning sign. He looks perfectly normal. He's the man standing behind you in the check-out line, the neighbor who borrows your tools, the stranger who stops to offer you a lift. He smiles and nods and winks-and then he kills! Charlie Blackhawk is such a monster. Twisted fantasies have lured Charlie to the neon-splashed alleyways of Hollywood. When his path crosses that of Meg Stinson and her 12-year-old daughter, Sabrina, their lives change forever. What's the connection between the Stinsons and a girl named Amy? Do Amy's nightmares hold the key to Sabrina's survival? And must Meg reveal a shattering secret from her past that could either destroy her-or save her kidnapped daughter? A chilling, thrilling exercise in unrelenting horror!
What did you love best about Deranged: A Novel of Horror?
Great twisted psychological/horror book. Listened to it from beginning to end without taking a break. Narrator suited the story & characters were well developed considering the short length of the book.
