Enjoyable

All stories are true to ms. Kenyon style, so there are no surprises and exactly what I was expecting. Maybe I will get tired of these stories one of these days, and then, maybe not… I like them playing on the background and let my day pass more enjoyable. As usual, I love narration of Fred Berman. He is definitely on auto buy list for me when he narrates PRN romance novels.

This is a collection of in-between stories, bonus chapters, etc. It was excellent. I'm glad I invested a credit.

Good novella collection

I like Fred Berman, but he must have been having a bad hair day. He could not pronounce simple words correctly. Drove me nuts. Bride Bri-duh not breed eee. Poor guy just couldnt do this one LOL

Anyhow, I enjoyed all the novella's in one collection. I was listening to Styxx and I got to know his woman better and the character that Styxx was reincarnated. Got to find out about some other beloved characters and really enjoyed it, even with Breed-ee as the woman married to Vane. LOL LOL

Love all the story especially the one that was taken a little bit more further than the original book did.

Always loved Ms Kenton’s stories but…

Since when did they change Bride’s name to Breedie? That kept making me crazy every time he said it I felt like yelling at the narrator. I mean it’s not like this same reader didn’t read the story of Bride and Vane. So why did he change the name in this story. It’s seriously irritating and takes me out of the story because I keep fixating on it. Other than that I have no complaints about this book.

GOOD

I loved this book it answers so many questions about some of the characters in other stories, and some new short stories too.

These are the stories that I've had to scramble in the past to read on Kindle. Plus, the new story of Bathemeus & Heracles is a must-read! Alluded to in Styxx, now you get the full back story!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Hard to say - with short stories, there are so many favorite characters, but I'd have to say that the story of Bathemeus & Heracles to be my favorite.

Have you listened to any of Fred Berman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Fred Berman has always done a great job reading Sherrilyn Kenyon. I can fall seamlessly into his books, and not have to replay the beginning a number of times, as with some readers.

I usually do not like short stories but these were great especially if you read the series

good stories BUT

I enjoyed most of these stories but I have to admit that I twitched every work time he missed pronounced Bride.
