I really enjoyed this from a mom perspective. The random racial remarks regarding the Asian character "A. Chang" were unnecessary. especially in the new era of 2020.

Not for me
Unfortunately I don’t think this book is for me. I just can’t get behind the story. The performance is good but I find the story choppy and uninteresting. I’m going to try another Laurie Gelman book and see how that goes. I really want to like her writing.

Entertaining
Entertaining little book, but not as funny as I thought. i was hoping to get more about the parents interaction regarding class parent communication than personal drama. Overall it was ok. Kept my mind off my chores.
