I wish I had a sister!

This is beautiful story. Although the plot was fairly predictable the characters were real and there was nothing boring about this book. Read with feeling and thoroughly enjoyable.

Sisterly Bond

my sister once said that she can't relate to woman who do not have a sister. This story is about sisters, separation, and the dysfunction that a narcissistic mother can cause in the lives of their daughters.

Complicated love story

Took a few chapters to get going, but then the drama of the past unfolds and draws you into the story.

Enjoyable Story

This is a good book for sisters to read. It may relate to some feelings sisters have. It is also about family and how important family members are to each other. It is also about friends and how good the support of friends can be. I liked the story in general and the characters. Another Wonderful Story from Kristen Hannah

Kristin Hannah is an incredible author. The vocabulary, phrasing and descriptions really do so much to develop the characters on her books. Between Sisters is another example of her amazing ability to draw the reader into the story. I can't wait to listen to another one of her books.
Laura Merlington really did a wonderful job with the characters, too. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book.

loved, loved, loved. reminded me of my sister and I although we neither have had major health issues such as this

Narration

While the story was good, Hannah has gotten much better these days. In addition, I found myself irritated at the reader's voice. Faking the men's voices as she did was not necessary.

Factually misleading

Sug suggesting that you can effectively begin birth-control pills the night before your wedding is terribly misleading to the reader. There are also Boston misleading statements about the education of psychiatrists and psychologists
