Wonderful little story
While this book sounds as if it is a Christmas read, it really isn't. Flagg has written an easy to listen to story which will pull at your heart strings and leave you feeling better about the human race. I was captivated and recommend it for all ages.

A Christmas Classic
What made the experience of listening to A Redbird Christmas the most enjoyable?
Fannie Flagg was exceptional as the narrator. Often writers can't pull this off as well as they think they can, she's great.
What did you like best about this story?
The simple triumphs and tragedies of life, felt connected to ALL the characters. A joy to listen to.
Have you listened to any of Fannie Flagg’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I've listened to almost all of them. This is still my favorite, listen to this one at least once a year to just feel good.
If you could rename A Redbird Christmas, what would you call it?
I wouldn't.

"Can't Wait To Get To Heaven" also by this author, came out a month or so after my mom passed away. Was the most healing and poignant book I could have read. She's a wonderful story teller.

Delightful!
I feel like I know Ms. Flag and all of the people who make this story so special. I would love to take them all to lunch!
Every story of Ms. Flag's has left me feeling happier and more at peace. With all of the conflict, tragedy and sadness in the world it's wonderful to listen to an uplifting story.

A Lovely Story!
I enjoyed the that Author did the actual reading of her book on Audible! Fannie Flagg did an incredible job! This was a very sweet story especially over the Christmas Holiday Season! A terrific short story!

One of my favorite books
I absolutely love this book. Fannie Flagg does a fabulous job narrating....the story is touching, engaging and very funny.... it just makes me feel happy. I try to read it every Christmas season...it's a treat. Book can really be read year round d...it's not just a Christmas book.
