Publisher's summary

What is stopping you from being the person you want to be and living your life the way you want to live it?

Fear of tackling an issue with your boss, fear of getting to grips with a problem in your home. Fear of change. Fear of taking control...

Everyone has their own list of fears which seem to run through their lives. Susan Jeffers' inspiring and mould breaking book shows us how to become powerful in the face of our fears. Feel the fear, she argues, but do it anyway.

Excellent food for the brain

I really enjoyed this. Very powerful messages and a lot of common sense advice. I 'feed my brain' regularly with self help books in between my fiction reads fix and this was ine I have been thinking of reading for a while but never got aroind to. Glad I did. Very motivational and useful but more importantly, it teaches us not to fear fear itself. Geeat book

Motivation Plus

Fantastic audio-book read by the author, who gives you real tools to help you get past your fears and make decisions about what you really want to do and have in your life. I've used the book version many times to overcome fears and resistance to change. It has helped me to achieve and succeed in many areas by showing me how to cope with emotional blocks I had in place that prevented me from attaining various types of goals. The audio provides a motivational supercharge to feeling your fear and taking action anyway. It's an audio you'll want to listen to everytime you feel scared to take a certain action, big or small. Highly recommended, because her tools really do work. Worth more in value than the price. On my bookshelf for life.

Would you try another book from Susan Jeffers and Ph.D and/or Susan Jeffers?

Probably not

If you’ve listened to books by Susan Jeffers and Ph.D before, how does this one compare?

First one

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

Out more energy and inspiration into the delivery. The content was okay however she sounded too nice like an log grandmother. To move past fear we must come from a place if courage, strength, and faith. I did not feel any if these emotions from her. It was more like her reading a book with a big smile in her face. She sounds timid, friendly, and delicate!! I didn't feel moved to breakthrough my fears at all

What character would you cut from Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway?

Maybe the author. Get an engaging emotional author with passion and energy

The voice!

I was silly not to listen to the preview, but the robotic voice is not soothing at all. Luckily I’ve physically read the book, but won’t ever listen again.
