Not sure why a headline is required. Read the review.
I almost fell I started in the middle of the story. There’s a point where you do an exercise as explained in the workbook (but not the audio). We all can envision how we want things to look, but, sometimes, they want you to do a it a particular way, so 🤷🏽♀️on that one. It did relax me and I felt good after. I will continue to re-listen and see if I see any changes.

Ugh!
I can't get past the poor quality audio and that the narrator's voice and cadence sounds like an old horror movie. No way can I relax and listen to this. wish I could return it.
