I Can't Believe It! It Worked! Finally I Can Fly!

I just took my 20th flight since going through this book, and thought that I needed to come back to Audible and leave a review for this truly helpful book.

I had a fear of flying that slowly got worse and worse since 2001 and in 2017 I became paralyzed with my fear of flying, to the point where I was not sleeping and had cancelled all flights I was supposed to take. It was truly a nightmare.

Then I found this book. I listened to it over the course of a week and followed the exercises described. I took my short flight and followed the program and slowly began flying all the time, and even flying to Asia. My last two flights were the least anxious I've ever been. I never lose sleep before my flights...really, I don't even think about flying anymore. It feels so good to be free from the fear.

I thought I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars and years of my life attempting to overcome my fear. Seriously, this book is a lifesaver.

Thanks to Dr. Carbonell for writing this book and to Stephen Paul Aulridge Jr for narrating it. I have no idea where you are, what you do, or what you look like, but you changed my life. Thank you very much.
