About this listen

“I fear not the dark ... but what may lurk within it”

From the author of the bestselling series, Encounters in the Woods and What Lurks Beyond, comes a new series focused exclusively on the creepy, scary, and dangerous things that lurk in the deep forests.
Ethan Hayes has been collecting firsthand encounters from people all over the world for years and in Fear in the Forest, he has saved some of his best stories for the pages ahead. From terrifying face to face encounters with Bigfoot and Sasquatch, to horrifying instances of being stalked by a Wendigo and Black Eyed Children; Ethan takes you on a bone chilling journey that will have you keeping the light on a night.

By far my most favorite collection of scary stories. Virtual voice has become my most preferred way to listen. I'd read or listen to anything Ethan Hayes.

Great stories

so, let's deal with the elephant, the virtual voice is abysmal and I would love for these to be done right with a voice that can give the stories some suspense and life.

secondly, while I do understand the nature of such stories, there were a few in this volume that were so obviously fabrications and/or rip offs.

kind of a disappointment
