Best podcast for my body

I am a thin person, with mostly thin friends. I have been a competitive athlete since I was 12. I have never felt fully comfortable with the way my body looked and always wanted to look thinner, and being fat has been a considerable fear of mine since I was a kid. I am surrounded by loved ones with former or ongoing eating disorders. This podcast has done more for my understanding of health and aesthetics than all 14 years of exercise, training, and health classes combined. I’m so much kinder to myself and my family members who have also struggled with their weight. This podcast does and excellent job of heavily researching topics, critiquing research, and putting quotes into perspective. This show is heavy and sits with you for a long time, but it leaves you with a sense of comfort that I find fairly unparalleled.

Poor kids

This episode made me wish I had the skills and knowledge to open a camp for fat kids to just get to be kids at camp, no strings attached. Very enlightening.
