I'd recommend it, but its not really for me

I'm very new to keto, been on it for about a few months. but it's a good book if you like butter and bland sweets. it's not all bad I did find a recipe or two that I enjoyed. I'd say give it a try. I have a hard to please sweet tooth :D

Good keto snack resource

Many of the recipes are variations on a theme, but there are some great ones in there. The cookie butter one is my fave, I keep a container at work and take a few spoonfuls whenever I get the urge to snack.

Useful book.

Why would you need a book like this? Cause the woman has some really good ideas for fat bombs. Lots of variations I would never think of but doable. Some of the recipes are quite involved but for an occasional treat, doable. I've been looking at this book for months and I am glad I bought it.

Simple, good recipes

Wow! I can eat my sweets and be ketogenic, too! The section on savory dishes is also delish and wonderful. A thorough book of recipes plus extras: Macronutrients grams,percentages and calories and where to get hard to find ingredients.

This is an amazing book..

This is an amazing book.. This book helps me with my cravings for both sweet and savory. Normally, with any cookbook, I only use a couple of recipes out from them, then shelve them away. This one, I have almost completed the savory section. Looking forward to exploring the entire book.

Yummy keto treats

Love this book. I'm just starting a keto diet and this gives me some great options. I also like that majority of the recipes use items I already have or are easy and inexpensive to get. My only issue is that many of these are available for free on Pinterest. However I always enjoy hard copy recipe books.

Fantastic purchase!

The book is VERY well done! Recipes are easy, fast, and delicious. The author includes commentary for each recipe too, which I find to be a lovely touch. Overall, I highly recommend it! Seriously, the best Keto recipe book I have ordered so far (and I now have a collection of seven books)...

It has so many ideas to try.

It has so many ideas to try. We have enjoyed several of the frozen ones and a few that make me think I am eating mini cheesecakes. This book was a lifesaver when I first started on the Keto diet and was really craving something sweet and also not able to get enough fat in my program.

Great recipes!

Mouthwatering photos and recipes. Dairy-free alternatives. It is not easy to find dairy free keto recipe books. This is one of them and has gorgeous photographs to boot. I wish the ingredients were in bold font in the recipe book. Can't wait to make these wonderful recipes.

When you get tired of constantly searching Pinterest for all those fat bomb recipes, here they are, all in one book! I'm so glad I got this...so nice trying different fat bombs each week! Each chapter has easy to follow recipes, pictures and ALL the nutrition info you need!

Enjoy this book. Filled with some great recipes. I still manually determine the macros because depending on what brands you use things do come out a little different or may not get as many servings or sometimes more. Overall - very happy this in now in my kitchen!

Highly recommended!

I rarely write book reviews, but this book has blown my mind. The sheer variety of recipes, from nut butters to smoothies, and from sweet to savory fat bombs, is remarkable. Highly recommended book on Fat Bombs!

I really like this book and plan to make many of the recipes. Recipes include fat bombs that use nut butter, no-sugar dark chocolate, lots of coconut options, berries, and savory options like avocado, fish, and bacon. There are even ice cream bombs. What's not to love?

Many are quite sweet (organic sweeteners are used) but they don't use sugar, so there's no concern about raising blood sugar.

My only gripe is that every single recipe must be refrigerated or frozen. I wanted something that I could take on hiking trips this summer. But we will do OK with nuts, seeds, and dried meats.

I really enjoy this book!

I couldn't wait to receive my copy of this book, and once I did receive it, I realized it was worth the wait. This is an outstanding book full of recipes that I plan to use over and over again. The cover of the book is nicely done in that it is durable and could easily be wiped off if needed. The author has taken great care to put in recipes that are very useful to people following the low carb high fat way of eating. Every recipe is well explained with great photos. This will be on my kitchen counter always!

Great purchase, worth owning

Worth owning versus just searching the web for fat bomb recipes. This is a great book and recipes are simple and exactly what you need to stay in ketosis after working so hard to get there...you need added items like this to make sure you hit your macros as you learn how to eat 70-70% healthy fat. I just received and have already read the whole thing. Great purchase.
