Great book. So many messages of encouragement
Great great book. I highly recommended it. Great messages and encouragement to fast and get closer to the Lord. At many times I felt like many of the words Ana messages were directed at me. I’m feeling blessed that the Lord guide me to this book. Planning on doing my first fasting session very soon. 😇

Fantastic!
This is the most comprehensive book on fasting I've ever read. I've gained new insights and focus on what to do during a fast. I really valued the 3 different kinds of fasts Miskov discusses: intimacy, consecrated, and revival. This book is motivating, and compels you to immediately start fasting as a spiritual discipline to grow in intimacy with the Lord. You can't read it and not do it. I highly recommend this book.
