If you've never fasted, you need this book!!

I've always wanted to fast, but was nervous. Pastor Vlad explains daily what happens to your body during a fast, why we fast, how it honors the Lord and it's supported with scripture and prayer! Best thing I ever did! Go follow him as well!

Powerful

It is such a powerful read. I listen to it even though I am not fasting. I feel like I was listening to a sermon the whole time and I was sitting at the edge of my seat for more. I sent it to all my friends, told them to get it. This truly blessed me. Thank you Pastor Vlad. I pray that I have the grace to obey no matter the cost. I truly love God. He is the author and finisher of my faith. I trust and believe that He will help me serve him the right way and to lay down everything that easily entangle me.

this has been an amazing way to go fast. it takes you to a deeper more intimate far of fasting. it is not about the food it is about you and what he wants to take you in your walk.

A Must Listen on the Topic of Fasting

This was an easy to listen to audiobook regarding fasting for today. I felt like I was receiving spiritual food when I was not getting and actual food in my body. This book provides the listener the opportunity to receive a daily on point devotional message. I pray that you would go buy this book.

Absolutely 100% recommend this book.

I liked that it was easy to understand, was not complicated it was as if I had someone there with me walking step by step encouraging to not give up while fasting and keep moving forward. On day 3 almost gave up, but the encouragement and words of wisdom really pushed me to move forward, I am glad I did because I had never been able to go past 3 days, now I know I can accomplish more not only while fasting but will also apply what I have learned to my every day life. Where ever I feel that I hit a wall, I now can see myself accomplishing more from what I have learned from Fast Forward book . I will be applying this in every area of my life. Thank you pastor Vlad Savchuk, and yes I highly recommend this book.
