Amazing techniques!

I use it to fall a sleep, works great for me every time. This is so restful and his voice calms me and his technique is amazing.

Very cumulative effects

This audio book made me feel like I just took a vacation! I've only listened to it once, this was my first day, and I'm looking forward to feeling the cumulative effects over the next month.

Helpful to start the actual meditation

We definitely notice a difference when we do this meditation. it would have been helpful to start the actual meditation at the beginning of a new chapter rather than having to find exact spot for bookmark.

Very self positive feeling

This daily safe and sound relaxation helps defeat the tension away and keeps you in the now. not too long but enough time to start or end your day with a self positive feeling. good for the mind and soul. Very motivational!

I wasn't able to listen to these affirmations as meditation. But I'm not good at meditation to begin with. But what I really loved about this was that I could turn it on and do my menial task while feeling highly motivated.
