Let me start by saying, I am by no means an expert. I started this book with no expectations. I mean, how can you learn French in a day? However, while I can't go as far as to say that "I learned it", I was able to build the framework.

The exercises were particularly helpful. I look forward to doing more like this in the near future. Also, what could be more fun than fairy tales!

Mastering my French and loving it!

I haven't practiced my French since high school (so many years ago!). I was on a tour in Quebec recently and it inspired me to improve my skills in this beautiful language. When this book came along, I was thrilled! It was actually relatively easy to listen to and understand as the narration is fantastic. I look forward to diving into the exercises and it seems like mastering my French is going to be my new fun hobby!

Classic stories told in French first, then you get a section of the key words in the story translated to English, making this a very immersive experience. Also enjoyed the way the exercises tested my understanding.
