Was okay

It was an okay story but wasn’t anything special. Had it not been a short story it wouldn’t have kept my interest for much longer.

Should’ve Skipped this One

By far my least favorite in the Alibis series. So much so, I should have skipped it.

What would you do if your dad stole your girlfriend…

This book started out slow but then picked up. It was good. The ending on this… I didn’t see that coming. Everything pointed to Ebba’s brother. Maybe it was him, but Ebba did him dirty.

I love the author's play on words with the title.

The shorts in this series just get better and better.
There's nothing worse than having such hope for something or someone, only to have the reality of it be the complete opposite. That's essentially William's life, and he can only take so much.

This is not good

I never want to read something like this again lol it’s just a bunch of domestic abuse.

Great translation good pace really enjoyed being able to listen and read along and cognitively I appreciate that

Ew and Ugh

I really had a hard time liking any of the characters in this short story… which, of course, meant that I didn’t really like this story. Who cares about a self-centered, abusive old dude or of the neglected, unloved, and also abusive son or the opportunistic young woman? No one spoke the truth and I was glad it was a short story and done quickly.
