Publisher's Summary

Story takes place in the Omegaverse. Book One in the Hobson Hills Omegas series.

Carter Benson is a lonely, scarred mess of an alpha. Honorably discharged from the army after being injured, he is left with very little that really matters. All he has is a trust fund he refuses to touch, burns on his face, and a brand new prosthesis. He doesn't have his family, he isn't near his friends, and his face makes small children cry. So he goes to Maine, finds a tiny town, and starts a business as a plumber. It doesn't help his loneliness, though. Until a little girl hunts him down and forces him to be her new best friend.

Elijah Wilson has lived in Hobson Hills his whole life. So what that most of the townspeople think he's a whore because he's a single omega and got pregnant at 18? So what if they think he takes advantage of his grandparents by living on their property? Elijah and his large extended family know better. They know that he hasn't dated anyone since before Olive was born. They know he works hard in the family business and is great with investments.

They know the truth, but it can be hard living in a town that doesn't care about the truth. It can also be really lonely. Until his daughter makes a new best friend. When the two men meet, sparks fly. Their lives change for the better, but life isn't always easy. Narrow-minded townspeople and greedy parents can cause a lot of trouble. But there's always hope. There's always love.

Author's Note: This is a m/m, non-shifter, mpreg love story with no angst and no cheating, just a HEA. There are a few potty mouths, so beware. Eighteen+ listeners only, please.

Cute, short and sweet

Such a cute little story. The narrator was good.

A nice read. Not too deep, but good all the same.

I enjoyed it.

I love Elijah and Carter

Falling for the Omega is the first book in the Hobson Hills Omegas seriesby C.W. Gray. This is a fun and sweet story - a great start to a great series. Carter and Elijah are great characters and I love them together. The supporting characters are also fun and entertaining and add layers to the story. The story is funny, sweet and has little angst. A great read.

Audiobook narrator is Philip Fairbanks. I love the way the characters and story come to life. Great job!

This was just a sweet story. Eli is an single parent omega, who falls for his neighbor alpha Carter. They are super sweet together, but have to overcome some family issues to get to their HEA>

Narration was good. If you are looking for a sweet short story - give this a try

I liked it a lot; good series.

This is the first book in the Hobson Hills Omegas series but I listened to it after book 2 and it was fine listening to them out of order. It's the first one I've listened to narrated by Philip Fairbanks and I liked his voice.

I love to listen to uncomplicated, short audiobooks when I'm working around the house and this fit the bill perfectly. The story didn't require intense concentration and listening to it was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon doing laundry.

While not too complicated, there was a bit of a mystery bad guy that kept things interesting. I really enjoyed the voices that Philip Fairbanks did for little Olive and the other female characters.

I plan to keep following this series.

A complimentary copy of this audiobook was provided to me but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author and/or narrator.

New Narrator Please.

This was a nice and sweet story. I enjoyed it very much. But, what I didnt enjoy was the narration. Mr. Fairbanks was not the right narrator for this book. or maybe needs to work on how to change the voices of different characters. Each character in this story had the same voice. it kept me asking myself, (who speaking now🤔)each characters sounded exactly the same. That to me took away from the story. I do however think think Mr. CWG has a talent for writing. I would definitely like to listen to more of his books, and look forward to this complete series on adubile. PS. I do think with more practice, Mr. Fairbanks will become a wonderful narrator.

Disappointed

I didn't hear through the whole book, I couldn't stand it. Carter and Elijah meet through Elijahs daughter. The next day they have dinner at Elijahs house, and then Elijah declares that Carter can have him and his daughter for keeps. Carter says 'but I'm damaged from war', Elijah says 'It doesn't matter, you're wonderful.'

I'm done.
