So what if they think he takes advantage of his grandparents by living on their property? Elijah and his large extended family know better. They know that he hasn't dated anyone since before Olive was born. They know he works hard in the family business and is great with investments.

They know the truth, but it can be hard living in a town that doesn't care about the truth. It can also be really lonely. Until his daughter makes a new best friend. When the two men meet, sparks fly. Their lives change for the better, but life isn't always easy. Narrow-minded townspeople and greedy parents can cause a lot of trouble. But there's always hope. There's always love.

fantastic!

this was a fantastic story! definitely in the category of "insta-love" bit so well done you can actually buy that its real. set in an omegaverse but only a little of the discrimination thay often comes from those stories. have read this book about a dozen times and greatly enjoyed the audiobook.

the narration was pretty good. not awesome but it didnt get annoying to me at all which is saying something as i get irritated VERY easily by bad narration. there are alot of characters, so doing individual voices for each, especially considering most appear often in each book of the series, would have been an extremely tall order. i like that it wasnt really attempted honestly though there were some conversations that were hard to follow, as well as some areas where it was hard to tell if it was dialogue or just thoughts. all in all though i still enjoyed it. love being able to enjoy a good book while i knit.

Way better than I heard.

Wow. This was awesome! I love omegaverse comics and this is my first omegaverse romace novella. CW Gray has an easy action oriented way of writing that evokes emotion. I loved listening to this. His vivid word pictures help develope the town this wholesome romantic story along. Yes I said wholesome. I freaking love this little town and the families we get to know. I need to know what happens next. Hopefully you will too.

Cute story

I really liked this story and will continue on with this series. I loved the narrator’s voice but wish he differentiated more on the characters voices so I wouldn’t have been lost to who was speaking some of the time while listening.

pure love

the family is amazing i spent three day reading the whole series until 4 am every morning than i had to just purchases the series from audiobooks just amazing.family , love and pets. C.W Gray you knocked out of the park with series thank you. i have this thing i read From my Amazon unlimited free books I love the fact that I get to read it for free to see if I like it and then I find myself eventually purchasing the E books and the audio books so thank you. i started e books on the 13th and finishe this moring around 3 proceed to purchase audio know listening to . i want more.

sweet alpha/omega story

This was just a sweet story. Eli is an single parent omega, who falls for his neighbor alpha Carter. They are super sweet together, but have to overcome some family issues to get to their HEA>

Narration was good. If you are looking for a sweet short story - give this a try

love series

have enjoyed series. This is book one, book two all ready on audio. I had no problem following as have read whole series. Story can get complicated, lots of family and animals. I love following close family stories. love sex and some angst. ready for number three.

Nice enough love story to pass the time

I had already read the ebook so I was looking forward to the audio version. The love story is nice enough, definitely insta-love, alpha Carter and omega Elijah fall for each other basically at first sight and their relationship moves forward really quickly. Elijah has a daughter, Olive, and because he is a single dad, he's plagued by bad rumors in the little town they live in. Carter is an injured vet who choses not to live with his rich family, and instead moves to Elijah's little town to be a plumber and find his own purpose. There were moments I enjoyed about the book and moments that left me bemused because I found their relationship moving too quickly, considering that even though Elijah has only met Carter, he is willing to have him move in with him and his child in a month. Also there is a big plot against Elijah by his parents that I found a little hard to believe. Anyway, their love is sweet, Carter is a gentle alpha and Elijah is very likable, and there is definitely a happy ending with a lot of possibilities for different couples to follow. The narration left me unsatisfied, the performer has a pleasant voice, but not much range. I had a difficult time distinguishing characters, they all sounded the same, and since there was no variation of tone, it was difficul to really get into the narration because I would lose track of who was talking, not to mention that Carter had a throat injury that at times would make his voice sound rough and whispery, yet this detail is never realized during the narration. So I liked the ebook, and the performer's voice is nice, but overall I didn't enjoy the narration.

I love Elijah and Carter

Falling for the Omega is the first book in the Hobson Hills Omegas seriesby C.W. Gray. This is a fun and sweet story - a great start to a great series. Carter and Elijah are great characters and I love them together. The supporting characters are also fun and entertaining and add layers to the story. The story is funny, sweet and has little angst. A great read.

Audiobook narrator is Philip Fairbanks. I love the way the characters and story come to life. Great job!

A story worth reading

This was a great little book. The story was fun, and well written. I liked the supporting cast if characters and the massive Wilson family. I don't want to give anything away, but I liked how justice was served and how Anna defended her nephew.

Wow amazing

This was the first story by C.W. Gray for me and as I read the book I fell in love with Olive hearing her was so much better loved how the narrator gave them so much character can’t wait to start book two
