Publisher's summary

Colton Allyster is relieved to be back home. After a year of rehabilitation, losing his career as a Marine along with his fiancé, he’s had to learn quickly what’s really important. Colton grew up wanting to serve his country. Managing his parents’ biker bar was never part of his plan, but after meeting Gia Caro, he’s beginning to think that’s exactly where he’s meant to be.

Ever since Gia Caro arrived in the small, sleepy town of Ruby Falls, Tennessee, her life has spiraled out of control. Between losing her grandmother a little more each day to dementia, and her hot boss’s constant attention, her once quiet existence isn’t so quiet anymore.

After weeks of sidestepping Colton, things get out of hand, and before Gia knows what’s happening, she’s spending her nights in his bed and her mornings in his kitchen. And as he cleans out drawers and makes room in his closet, she starts to wonder if she’s falling too fast.

Fantastic story and narration

This story is fantastic, even though it was a bit predictable. I love a good romance and instant attraction and this did not disappoint. I connected with Gia knowing what she was going through with her grandmother and my emotions were on high alert. Her and Colton’s chemistry was instantaneous and I loved every bit of them. This is one romance I recommend as the narrators did a fantastic job and keep me wanting to listen as their story progressed.

Sweet Story!

This was my first Aurora Rose Reynolds's book. Colton and Gia's story is sweet, fun, fast-paced, filled with a little suspense. They share a strong chemistry, and they are great together. I love how Colton is supportive and protective with Gia. The secondary characters are also great! I love Gia's best friend, and Colton's parents and brothers. I was sad for Gia's grandmother. I love the ending. Lacy Laurel and Gregory Salinas did a great job with the narration. They both have a great voice!, and I love to listen to them together.

Colton & Gia

Love Colton and Gia. So much emotion. There were definitely tears involved for me. And I’m sure there will be the next time too. This book will be on my list to return to!

Never too fast with the right person.

Good book, it has a lot for a story that’s not too long. It’s well developed and the author time the HEA just right. Reading books by author Aurora Rose Reynolds make me so happy, they’re the perfect escape from reality.

Such a sweet story!

I really enjoyed this story! The writing was great and the narration was well done. These characters were really fun. They had great chemistry, and the pacing of their story kept me hooked! There was also a great cast of side characters that added so much to the story! This was one of my first Aurora Rose Reynolds books, but it definitely won't be my last!

So sweet

Such a sweet and sexy story. I love how he sees her and just knows she is the one. Gia has to deal with a lot of family issues and even a betrayal. Even through all this she doesn’t like it beat her down. She may get scared but shes able to dig down deep to do what needs to be done. She also allows others to help knowing its what she needs.
Again much a sweet story. #AudiobookObsessionReview

Gia is a childcare worker from Chicago that moves to Tennessee to care for her sick grandma. Gia loves working with children but needs to find a job that will allow her to stay with her grandma in the evenings. She meets Colton when she goes for an interview at a local bar. There is an instant attraction between the two. As the weeks go by, Colton lets Gia know he is interested in her. Gia is interested in him but is wary of getting involved with him since he’s her boss. She finally gives in to her attraction to Colton and things are going well until his ex girlfriend Lisa starts making trouble. Will Colton and Gia be able to find their happily ever after?
Gia is very timid and childlike, letting everyone make decisions for her and rarely speaks up for herself. I prefer stronger heroines who are confident and know what they want. I would’ve liked to see more depth to the characters and more of a story.
The narrators did a good job. I will definitely look for more books narrated by Gregory Salinas.
