After successfully losing 44 lbs with a low-carb keto diet, I found myself gaining 20 lbs back during the pandemic lockdown. Now that things are opening up and I'm motivated to lose those extra pounds, I started my keto diet again. This time, however, I'm not as successful at limiting the carbs and I find myself frustrated by the restrictive food list.

Is it okay to take a break if you're feeling stressed?  Of course it is!  We're surrounded by stressors every day and we need to take care of our mental health.   

In my case, it will be to put out podcast episodes when I can rather than stick to a strict weekly schedule.
