No woman can change the reality that any man, no matter how interested or invested he may first appear, can potentially pull away and lose interest in her at some point. Although this is the reality, a woman can, in fact, change the way she deals with such situations. While you might not be able to control a man's behavior, you can control your own. Being in control of your emotions, especially when a man's behavior threatens your future with him, will make it easier for you to influence his heart and make him see you as an irreplaceable, high-value woman.

Did you know that men secretly use texting as a way to "pre-screen" a woman’s romantic value? A woman’s texting habits can reveal a lot about her self-worth, confidence, intelligence, and even her level of class and emotional maturity. Because guys covertly appraise a woman’s relationship potential this way, many women often have no idea that the way they communicate via text is actually sending the wrong message and thus, they unknowingly end up chasing men away.

A guy who rejects or breaks up with you should no longer exist in your life. Contacting him or allowing him to stay in touch with you will make you work harder and harder to convince him that you’re worth his love and attention, and it will compel you to play that ugly and unwinnable game called Chase-a-Man. The best way to avoid this ugly game and break his spell over you is to cut the guy off (cease all communications and interactions) for a set period of time, or in some cases, keep him cut off out of your life indefinitely.

Publisher's Summary
The MANipulator manual. Keep your man interested and begging for more without playing games.
Let me start off by explaining I am in no way talking about the sexual act. F**k him, in this case, is not physical - it's mental.
So many women get in trouble in their love lives, and 99.9 percent of that trouble could have been avoided if they'd said "Well, f**k him!" a bit more often. Too many women are way too nice and compliant to their men, especially when these men don't deserve that kind of treatment.
And yet, every woman I've ever met tries to not be needy or wear her heart on her sleeve. She simply wants to protect her feelings. Nevertheless, most women I've coached have had men seem very interested only to disappear suddenly. These women are left standing in the dark. Once the guy vanishes, they often find out it's easier to get the president of the United States on the phone than the man who seemingly really liked them...just not enough to stick around.
This should stop.
I, as a dating coach and author of books for women who want to get men, cannot take it anymore. You deserve better. This is not your fault. It's his! What if there was a way to change a guy's behavior? What if you could get into his head and take over the driver's wheel? What if you could make him do more of the things that you appreciate and need and less of the bad behaviors you dislike? At first, this might seem impossible. Nevertheless, I'm sure you've already met women who are good at manipulating their men.
Enter the high-value woman. You know her. You've seen her. She's the woman who always has great men drooling over her. It's the woman you see getting all the attention. You often wonder, "How does she do it? What do they see in her? What does she know that I don't?"
Are you ready to implement her strategies?

This book comes across a patronizing. We learn what is a “High Value Woman”. You hear that term a “million times”. This book made me feel nauseous. And, if the author is correct in his, what he says “all men are”, and he knows this because he is man, it looks pretty sad and hopeless, at least for me. What I got, is that men are dogs and they cannot help themselves in a myriad of ways, and as women we need to learn how to play games with them from the beginning and forever (but “we should be ourselves”). All and all depressing book. Patronizing and depressing. It really should be “F**k men” book. The sad part is that, even if I hate most of what he says and the way he says it, he may be right, which is the worst thing. Anyway, this book left me hopeless and depressed, and hoping I was gay. Also, it seems he is just mostly sharing about himself, and it was one of those books that seemed to be put together in a few days. Paraphrasing the person who put the words on paper for this book “I’m sorry it this offends you, but I like to give it to you straight.” Thank you.

Knock-off of Sheri Argov's Why Men Love B*tches
I liked his examples, and the narrator is pretty good, but it seemed like he was just paraphrasing Sheri Argov's books. It also sounded condescending coming from a man and had an overall "boys will be boys" theme. Definitely had a few eye rolls, but overall a good stand in for "Why Men Love B*tches" since it wasn't available.

Good but more of the Same....
There are many aspects of this book that I would say are insightful and true; but overall i found it to be more of the same. The book describes men as basic, somewhat superficial creatures. A few times the author compares men to three years olds; starting that their needs are similar and motivations the same. I personally find this to be sad and wonder if perhaps the type of men this advice would cater to are even worthy of time and attention. I would like to think that most readers desire a deep fulfilling relationship with an equal and not with someone who prefers to be manipulated with mind tricks. Overall I think the authors is coming from the perspective of a man who still has growing to do. The author confesses that he has commitment issues and is actually the type of man he describes in the book. That being said if you are looking to find a man-child and convince him to “ ship” you, read this book.

Overall good advice
The author says that for many years he has been observing and interviewing women who were able to find lasting love. He shares the secrets that he gleaned from them. The main theme of the book is to be very independent. For example, if you have a yoga class planned and your boyfriend asks you out last minute for that time, tell him that you already planned to go to the yoga class. The author says you need to have your own life. If you really want to go out with him and you have nothing planned, then the author would say it's fine. He shares a lot of additional advice.

Worst book ever
I couldn't even get through this book. The author basically tells you repeatedly that being yourself is the worst thing you can do. I don't know about you, but I don't plan on pretending to be someone else to land a guy. Id rather have a real relationship. And if men are truly this awful and selfish... we are all f*cked.

Great Advice! READ IT!
Halfway through the book I started implementing the strategies and they started to work right away... like magic! Last week my boyfriend wasn’t sure he wanted the relationship anymore. I purchased the audio version yesterday and listened to it... last night he came over and when he got to my house he flooded my face with affectionate kisses... tonight he wants to take me out for dinner... something we haven’t done without my asking, in over a year! I tried my own strategies since last week until now and they didn’t seem to be working very well, but this book made it so easy to get the results I wanted.

Reaffirming book
After reading this book I realized that I am a high value woman, and when things didn't work out it was with a person who was very low value and insecure.
A low value man may be a narcissist, opportunist, loser, or any man who is seeking a weak woman he can control and take advantage of. I am not that woman and I never will be..
This book has been wonderfully reaffirming. Currently happily single till a high value guy sweeps me off my feet. ;).

Yet another book claims to support women yet..
This book suggest strategies to become a ‘high value’ woman which in return translates to a woman who constantly control her behaviour to keep a ‘High value’ man rather then bring her authentic self and expect man to love her for who she really is. It appears that we all need to consciously respond to man’s fears and shortcomings as they themselves are unable to do so, but we must love them anyway as they don’t really mean it. There is very little insight into women psyche and the author over simplifies both sexes (several times comparing the men’s thought and behaviour to a 3 years old toddler) and the highly complex nature of love and attraction. It makes claims such as if a man loves you (which is clearly conditioned on the fact that we behave in a ‘feminine manner’ at all times) he will want to take care of you and do things for you, such as ‘manly tasks’ of fixing the door handle. I think the author needs to acquaint himself with the 21st century definition of sexes and gender identities. I can’t really recommend this book, although I must say that I prefer the author’s YouTube videos, which are short, sweet, funny and to the point and could help younger women with self esteem issues trying to get into the dating scene.

Not original
Nox comes across young and inexperienced. He claims to have coached lots of women but some of the anecdotes are straight from other famous books! Perhaps he had referenced them but he makes it sound as if it was someone he coached.
His girlfriend sounds like a doormat and he’s been stringing her along for the last four years from the sounds of it.
Some of the advice he gives is reasonable but it is common sense. And will people stop about oxytocin?! If that theory were true, one would fall for every man one slept with, which is clearly not the case. He has portrayed women as these marriage-seeking beings and describes cringe-worthy seduction techniques fit for a man who has never been near a woman in his life! “......press your chest against him..” or something similar. It was almost comical. There are better books out there.

Revolutionary!!!
I loved this! Now to put the teachings into practice! I recognised myself so much in this book as the person who always tries to please, always being told how wonderful I am, yet have a disastrous love life. Now I know it's because I tried too hard and let my emotions take over. I've already let one bad guy go, telling him he's not right for me, but we're still friends. I know I need to cut contact.....just gotta do it.

Amazing book!
A must read for every woman! Because every woman has fallen for an unworthy man at some point in her life, no matter how strong she is, or how strong she has become. Very empowering book!!!
The narration was a bit fast for me so I had to reduce the speed to x0.9. The narrator has a very good accent , very easy to understand if English is not your first language.

Don’t waste your time
Generally immature advice that just doesn’t work in the real world. The author comes across as inexperienced. High value men are smart and savvy. It’s not all about money. These men can see through the BS. Much better to just be yourself and find a decent man.

I wish I came across this book years ago
The book contains a lot of very useful advice, illustrated with examples, and is presented in a logical, convincing, and reasonable manner. Some of the advice may seem counter-intuitive at first but they begin to make sense when Brian elaborate and explain why this will work. The most important message that comes across is self-love and respect every woman should have for herself, and Brian did a great job in explaining how that can be done. I'm glad I have read the book now; I wish I came across this earlier in my life.

Wholesome
Loved the book. It was great to have most points that I do is correct! I felt like nothing was working for me at the moment and was considering to change my standards but Brian reaffirms that standards are fantastic and value yourself. Thank you x

Makes so much sense!
Very good! A game changer. How to change YOUR life to attract and keep a great man. Not how to attract and keep a MAN. no games, nothing that would make you feel weird or fake. just a different insite and simple easy to apply tips on taking the ball back into your court. i loved it! Just have to point out theres going to be more then one thing you learn that you will remember your mother trying to tell you. Age old wisdom, explained in a fool proof way.
