So motivating!
I LOVE how my mental state changes after listening to the hypnosis. I really feel empowered after it. The affirmations are really great as well to stay on track. And the different soundtracks make for an awesome experience overall. I highly recommend it!

Amazing for losing weight!
I listen to this as I fall asleep. The nighttime affirmations are so good! The guided meditation is also super helpful. This is a really well-packaged audiobook :)
