A simple audiobook changed my life

lI learned self-suggestion with Michelle and it changed my life!
I have had problems with my weight during all my life. I tried different diets, nutritionists, etc.
I was at my worst of binge eating when I discovered an article about Emilie and her methods.
I bought the book and started mindful eating and hypnosis, and let me tell you, the first time I tried I cried for at least 30 minutes because the feelings were so raw and after it I felt so liberated.
I realized that my problem with obesity was solvable; it was all the feelings I had been holding back during my life.
How I was emotionally eating to numb my pain, and I lost 20 pounds just bc it helped me with anxiety towards food.

Not really inspiring or any hypnosis

not for me, meant to be a hypnosis book but basically a badly read regurgitated book
