Auditory Willpower!

I didn’t think hunger could be taught, but I’m eating my words. Listening to this book is like some sort of witchcraft...I listen, relax, maybe nap, then I DON’T EAT! I’ve been on Noam for 5 months, but hit a plateau and started snacking all the time.
