Excellent! Excellent!! Excellent!!!

Listen this audiobook until the end. Some listen a portion, completely misunderstand the audiobook and then decide they didn't like it. If you understand the audiobooks underlying concept it would be life changing for you! The audiobook greatly works for alcoholism, drug addiction, and every other work for any addiction including food. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone!

Great and Incomparable Hypnosis!!

This concept forces you to take control. And it’s that control which leads to freedom and an incredible boost in your self-esteem. I have tried literally everything (yes, even diet drugs) to defeat my binging habit but never had the immediate success that this approach offers (and without the dangerous side effects). It’s mean NOT to shut it down! The cruelest thing you can do to yourself is to continue handing control over to your primitive brain, then wallowing in the misery that ensues. Take back your brain, take back your life! You got this!!!

Absolutely Works

I got the audiobook last week, read it and implemented the ideas. It worked while the concepts were still fresh in my mind. Game changer! I feel recharged on a daily basis and have been cautious of my eating styles since then. I also lost 5 pounds that first week (off my already relatively slim frame). The author’s message is so sound and simple that it almost breaks my heart that I didn’t discover this way of defeating the demon much earlier in my life. Oh the frustration and suffering that could have been avoided! But I am SO grateful I decided to try again and that I found THE way.

Change your THINKING Change Your Life!

Entertaining listening...and actually QUITE USEFUL - as this is the first thing I've tried that really changed my THINKING...which in turn changed my eating s. (By learning to set some 'food rules' for myself). This is the first time I've ever gotten past the 3 pound weight loss. My husband has lost 30 - this has been over the past year that both of us have accomplished this, and it has changed our eating habits, and thinking patterns forever. Grateful to have found this, I really believe that's what made the difference for me!

It'll Change Your Life

I would give this audiobook more than 5 stars if I could. I have been overeating all my life, seriously bingeing for the last 10-15 years, thinking I was powerless against the overwhelming urges to go stuff my face with the worst junk food I could get my hands on. I've tried diet after diet, every time having success for a week or a few months at the most and then falling off the wagon and each time gaining back more than I had lost. This audiobook got me. Thanks to the author!

Brilliant Content that will got you thinking!

This audiobook is a revelation. As someone who has pretty much struggled with their weight their whole adult life. I’ve tried so many diets, I just seemed to lack the willpower to see it through. I was totally demotivated and figured I was pretty much a failure. After listening this audiobook, which focuses on how we think about food, and gives you strategies and motivations, affirmations to deal with your, I feel more confident than I’ve ever felt that I can finally deal with my weight problem. It totally makes sense! I would recommend this audiobook to everyone who has ever felt utterly demotivated when it comes to their weight, and who thinks they just don’t have the willpower. Great audiobook!

Life Changing Concepts

This concept is brilliant in its simplicity. I'm a life-long cigarette, food and drug addict and have been on various addiction programs from one to other since I was 14 (Now I'm 62). Through all the trial and error, I've been wanting to wake up in the morning and not be thinking about the blow-out I had the night before. Starting the day with good intentions, but ending up with a plethora of empty or half-eaten bags, boxes, smoking, jars, drinking and crumbs once again and feeling totally out of control of my addictions. A friend recommended this audiobook - it made so much sense. I can happily say that this has worked for me. This audiobook is a great listen, , thorough and very insightful - if I only have one "hypnosis" book or audiobook; this is the one I'll keep.

Best way of Fighting the Mental Portion of Losing

This audiobook of hypnosis has given me a new perspective that I am desperately trying to adopt. I know how to eat right, exercise properly and I get stressed. I never understood and now I did. Writing my don’ts is always very hard. I fight it every day but now at least I know what I am fighting. Hopefully this has helped me finally accomplish my goals.

Incredible Perspective Shift

This audiobook shows you how binge eating is the result of your lizard brain plus hyper palatable junk and gives some really helpful ways to let your true self make decisions that align with your true values. I also liked that he encourages you to make up your own mind about what foods are unacceptable and which are. Foods that get me into trouble over and over again may be totally fine for somebody else and he acknowledged that. The Hypnosis truly helped me!

My Thanks, I’ Grateful!

I have read BOOK after BOOK after BOOK about hypnosis, compulsive eating, food addiction, trying to get my eating habits reigned in. I was reading several dietary books, when this one came up in my recommended list. I listen about half of this audiobook YESTERDAY, and I can already tell my life will change for the better. This audiobook is absolute gold. And I know that if I ever feel myself slipping out of line, I can just listen this audiobook again, and remind myself of the many, many good points it makes... It's almost like magic.

If you're ready, it works.

Yup, it works. My eating had been very healthy for a while... This audiobook really gave me the tools I needed. Yes, it's about rules, but YOU make the rules. That's the key. Some of my rules are "I don't eat between meals unless it's a green salad with no dressing" and "I never eat dessert unless it's Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, or a family birthday party." Yeah, these are weird rules, but they work for me!

Great book!

I am about than 10 pound overweight so that's not a huge issue. What is at stake is my heart and bone health. At 67 years old, having an eating problem is ridiculous. I was a substance abuse counselor before I retired and I understand addiction. Yet I continue to struggle with smoking and binge eating. I have been recovering from alcoholism for the last 27 years but am unable to conquer my other addictions. My health has led me to this audiobook and I’m grateful I got one.

Helps you get in the right headspace to be success

I have been eating healthy for over two years but I still struggle with occasionally falling "off the wagon", and when I do I terribly eats. This audiobook helped me understand and combat my triggers in a common-sense way. This audiobook makes it easy to get in the right headspace to be successful for a lifetime on whatever food plan and weight loss strategy you wish to implement in your life. Highly recommend listening this to set yourself up for success.

A refreshing change

I love this audiobook! It takes a radically different approach from anything I have ever read on rapid weight loss by hypnosis. I have a feeling I will be returning to the audiobook a lot for very clear and concise reminders. If you struggle with addictions like eating, and can't get it "controlled," I recommend you consider listening this. It will save your life.

Incredibly Effective!

What I love about this audiobook is the mindset shift principles that are so simple yet incredibly effective. This audiobook gives you the tools right up front, right away, so you can start practicing the mindset shift immediately. I am profoundly grateful I came across this book. Changed my Life!

I highly recommend this audiobook. I’m a driven person but have struggled with overeating on. I just can’t stop eating when dinner is over. It has sabotaged all my efforts in the gym and from me reaching my goals because I’m consuming hundreds of extra unnecessary calories each night. There are all sorts of weird hang ups we have with food. Sugar, junk food, eating too much, lack of control, etc...This audiobook addresses simple approach that is motivating and funny! If you are struggling to gain control, please read this! This has changed my life!

Very Helpful Tips and Tricks!!

I have tried to get off sugar numerous times with no success. I'm very addicted to it. I'm glad I found this audiobook. It's the piece I have been missing all these years...how to master the "mental" part of dieting. I'll try to come back to this review in a few months to update on my progress on weight loss. Some of the free online tools are helpful although not necessary. For me this audiobook was enough.

Works like a Charm

I was so motivated by what I was listening and I was inspired to go grocery shopping based on a previous way of eating that had worked wonderfully in the past (when I was 100% committed). Best value in a quick listen I've found in a while

I got more values out of speed listening a part of this audiobook in 30 minutes than I've gotten out of hours reading other books. After listening, I could see that much of our bad intuitions can be changed simply by writing it out and making it conscious. I did not need to listen the entire audiobook as it touched upon my own inner rule making process and found the ah ha I was looking for. I will relisten later for additional ideas. Thanks!

It's working for me

It works, and the very good about the audiobook is that the author really knows his stuff. The language is simple and down to earth which is refreshing as it makes the concepts easy for anyone to understand. If you're wondering if this method can help you, I genuinely encourage you to give it a go. The concept is sound, and the method is simple. You create a lot of your plan/rules yourself, so it's great for rebels like me who have to understand and agree with something before undertaking to do it. Take a chance, and just maybe you'll take back your life. There is nothing like freedom and control - and yes, you can have both with everything in this audiobook.
