Nice book

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. I wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but I've been pleased. It's been effective at curving my appetite and getting me motivated.

This book brings together two things that I, and probably many other people, would like to accomplish: a meditation practice and weight loss. Exploring mental blocks, relationship to behaviors and habits, as well as movement provide clarity to our current state.

Awful...

Returned! The phrasing in this is too bizarre. I thought it was quite quirky at first, and even wondered if it was part of the process... but it just got worse. It's as though it was written in a different language and there has been a hatchet job of the translation.

it's impossible to listen to unfortunately. Please don't waste your credits/ money.
