Very informative. A perfect gidt for somwone whonis grieving. but also very short, will need to research further for more practical info on grief.

This should be a part of every Christian's library as we all need to learn how to grieve in the best way possible for each individual. This will certainly be a good starting point for your journey through grief. Easy read for all.

This helped me to understand my grief

This book was referred to me by my psychologist and it helped me to really understand what I have been going through for the past two years. I highly recommend it. I just bought it for my mother who lost her husband.
