In a particular scripture (1st Corinthians 10, verses 5 & 6), Paul the Apostle writes: "But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness. Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted." Paul was referring to the children of Israel's journey after they parted out of Egypt and through Red Sea. Paul colored in a timeless theme in an account that everyone is familiar with regardless of where their faith lies. Exiting the Wilderness expounds on the two verses which were extracted from Paul's letters to the church of Corinth. Using the analogy of the wilderness in relationship to hard times, financial difficulties, natural disasters, and other unexplainable travesties, Exiting the Wilderness describes how God's promises deliver us from such tribulations when we turn to him.
