Absolutely wonderful!
Absolutely wonderful! I had always wanted to get involved with EO but was nervous to dabble. I wanted something that was easy to understand and a breeze to listen, this book is exactly that! So much more than I expected. There are recipes and breakdowns of all the oils. Learned lots of information that I never even thought about.

A very helpful book on essential oils
Wonderfully written and researched especially for the newbie. It helps to give us a deeper understanding of EO's and also save a newcomer some money when it comes to oils and tools. I found this book a bit late but not too late. I recommend it!

Highly recommend.
A very in-depth book about essential oils. I am a beginner and this book answers all of my questions regarding blending different oils, plus delivery/application methods. The straightforward explanations of all oils are quite remarkable.

Great information. Enough information to learn about essential oils but not too much information to confuse you. Plus it has useful recipes to mix essential oils. I made the recipe for bug repellent and it worked.

I hit the jackpot!
I blindly purchased this book hoping to find a book that would give me basic knowledge on essential oils. I hit the jackpot! This book goes essential oil by essential oil and lists what it is best used for as well as some simple recipes using that oil. There are more recipes at the back of the book for you to refer to. I think this is an ideal book for beginners!

Very easy to learn the basics. Well organized, a great handy reference book. If you know absolutely nothing, this book will get you excited and want to experiment. Also includes some very simple recipes for common uses. I was extremely pleased, better than I expected
