This book gives the listener a lot to think about how to create their own reality. Packed full of useful information. It will require listening several times to get it all.
It's interesting to see how my life is changing as I go from one of Dodson's books to another and I have only just begun actually using any of the many exercises that he provides in his books

If you love metaphysics and personal development this book is an excellent listen! If you’re already a fan of Frederick Dodson books, many essays in this books expands on what he teaches.
Also Thomas Miller is such a great narrator!
