Publisher's summary

Soundings and Choc Lit present the audio edition of Escape to the Art Café.

It was meant to be the perfect romantic holiday. But then Flora Bexton’s boyfriend does the unthinkable, and she responds in the only logical way: she steals his motorbike and escapes for a holiday by herself on the Welsh coast.

Far from the lonely trip she imagined, Flora soon finds comfort at the friendly local Art Café, where the legendary hot chocolate and cake help to ease her troubled mind. And when Aussie Welsh lifeguard Jake Foley steps in just when Flora needs help the most, she realises that her ‘holiday’ feels more like home with every passing day.

5/5 A must read

I have read the first three book and I want to congratulate Sue McDonagh for writing an enjoyable break from my busy life ---to find what friendship should be—to find what it’s like to visit the coast of Wales (a place I’ve wanted to visit). The characters are real people you can see in your mind’s eye. Setting is engaging and real. ----------------Charlotte Strevens narration helps to bring the brogue into the story---which makes each book a vacation to visit ( and revisit )

I love this book!

I love this book. It was a perfect compliment to the other two Art Cafe books. I really hope this series continues. I love the characters and the motorcycle connection to the other two. This was so enjoyable. I loved the narrator and the story.
