Absolutely Captivating.

I decided to give this a listen out of curiosity and I do not regret it. The narrators play their roles wonderfully and the sound effects really add to the stories. I think I might have to collect all of these because they are a bit addictive.

Would love to hear the full archives

These stories are great - iconic authors. My favorite part about this, though, is the fact that it was recorded in the 40s and 50s. The "program interruptions" are incredible. You're not just listening to the story, you're also listening to another time.

Not one favorite escape episode.

Kept hoping it would get better..never did. they are not bad stories, but not essential. Papa Benjamin, The man who stole the bible, man vs the ants, Abdominal snowman ,blood bath, are fast paced outstanding stories. that made me a fan of escape. Not one episode was on the 20 stories. Hope i can have better luck with the next set of escape stories i purchase!

Nothing good to say....

Having listened to hours worth of Classic Radio was hoping this one would be good. Not so much. I have skipped through most of it in fact. The audio is terrible, dead spots, crackling. Now I know it's decades old but haven't encountered this with others. Feel like I wasted my credit. Normally a big fan of Escape but not this one.
