Publisher's summary

USA Today best-selling series!

Mr. Carlisle is looking for an admin. Apply within.

I'm way overqualified, but the economy doesn't care. After six months of job searching, I'm flat broke and mostly desperate. Rent is due in a week, my roommate sucks and is ready to toss me out, and I need an answer - fast!

Nothing prepared me for the man in the suit.

Not two steps into the office and my panties burst into flame. The word "handsome" doesn't do him justice. Lucifer would slap him a high-five.

Clearly there is a reason he's the most eligible bachelor in town.

The problem is, there's more to the job than just getting him coffee. Much more. Of the intimate variety.

Two rules: No kissing. No falling in love.

I can read right through all that malarkey - He's trying to push everyone away. He's trying to protect himself.

I want to walk. To not care. But something in me wonders what could've scarred him so badly that he needs to employ companionship.

I'll either save him or he'll ruin me.

Office romance with a twist

Would you consider the audio edition of Yes, Please to be better than the print version?

I love the audio versions of books especially when the narrator does an awesome job

What other book might you compare Yes, Please to and why?

This is reminds me of "50 shades of gray" in terms of the young lady being hired by a rich gentleman. Another similarity is his aversion for kissing on the mouth.

Have you listened to any of Kirsten Leigh’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Kirsten Leigh is a new narrator to me. Other favorites are Sophie Eastlake, Scott Brick, Anne Flosnik, Julia Whelan.

FOR HONEST REVIEW

Would you listen to Yes, Please again? Why?

Yes!!! The story line and narration was AMAZING!!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Yes, Please?

When he goes to pick her up whiles she's drunk. And then he gives in to her as if he can't resist. You see a little jealously from him at this point!!!!

Which character – as performed by Kirsten Leigh – was your favorite?

The main female character. She didn't let him step all over her. She gives into him, yes, but at her convenience not his.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

At times I felt her pain and anger. Especially when he would just use her and dismiss her. But I also cheered her on.

Any additional comments?

I can't wait to read and listen to more by this Author. I was really disappointed to find the 2nd one was not on audio yet.

If you liked 50 Shades..

..then you just might find this to be what 50 wasn't. This girl is far better at seing what is right in front of her, but without loosing the thrill.

Why is this not a best seller!

Very happy I gave this a shot. I loved the narration so much I’m going to seek out other books she has worked on. And I love this story. I hope more people give this book a chance. You won’t be disappointed!

CLIFFHANGER

I'm getting very tired of cliffhangers. It's very unfair to the listener. if the author is going to make the book into a series the listener shoul be advised

A cliffy, but a good story.

Apparently a multipart story, but this isn’t bad. Olivia is a smart, but down on her luck young woman who lives paycheck to paycheck and really needs to lock down a job. Her friend sets her up on an unconventional interview to be an administrative assistant to Hunter, a CEO who has rich man’s baggage in the form of a fiancée who could care less and the need to have his admin also be his disconnected side piece.

Olivia gets the job, but changes up the terms and feelings are getting caught.

The narration was better than I expected. The sex hot. At the same time I didn’t expect much. You have a few very typical and unbelievable moments, but it works. I look forward to the rest of the story.

REALLY TOUGH LISTEN

I tried to hard to make it through this one because I bought it and it was too late to return but I have been trying to get through it for the last 6 months and am still only halfway through. I would rather just delete it and get it out of my library at this point since I can't return. Narrator and story was extremely cheesy, main character was so whiney and you just end up hating her and wanting to skip every time she is contemplating her teenage drama.
