I'm writing this letter because it's highly doubtful I'll ever garner the courage to say this to your face. So, here goes. We're totally wrong for each other. You're the proper single mum....
It was carnal, it was sensual, and it was erotic. That's it. That's all it was supposed to be. A trip into the dark. A peek into the forbidden. I just didn't expect to like them....
Maturity, career and responsibility have kept her tame for too long. Her vanilla cage is about to explode....
For most, a plane crash means the end of life. For Dusti Dawson, it's just the beginning...Dusti and her sister Batina survived the crash, thanks to a couple of brothers....
Erotic, amusing, and deeply moving, the Fifty Shades Trilogy is a tale that will obsess you, possess you, and stay with you forever....
So now I'm suddenly the wife of a quirky tech billionaire, and falling in like with him so fast, it's beginning to feel an awful lot like love....
Raven Black hunts evildoers for fun, but her vigilante justice isn't the only reason she's hiding from the law. Half vampire, half mage, she's spent years living as a rogue to stay alive....
Devlin and Reese have an unstoppable pull like centrifugal force, and both bad boy bikers are determined to take me on a high-powered ride I'll never forget....
Being dragged through a mirror, naked and screaming, onto an extraterrestrial ship was bad. Finding out I had been sold to a huge alien male who looks like the devil was worse....
After being left at the altar, Jade Roberts seeks solace at her best friend's ranch on the Colorado western slope. Her humiliation still ripe, she doesn't expect to be attracted to her friend's reticent brother....
I'd dated his brother. He didn't remember, and I wish I could forget. I may have sworn off the Wright family a long time ago....
After thirteen years of marriage and three children, Wendy Hayward is bored with sex. As much as she loves her husband, Wendy married Mr. Vanilla. Now she reads nothing but steamy erotic romance stories on her Kindle and fantasizes about having sex with fictional characters, complete strangers, and tattooed rock stars. One fateful day however, her husband grabs the wrong Kindle on the way to work, and discovers some of Wendy's more interesting fantasies. Unbeknownst to Wendy, Frank is very keen to fulfill every one of her secret desires.
This book is uniquely original. I was lucky enough to be given this book in exchange for my honest review. I can honestly say I'm becoming a Nikki Sex fan fast. I just wish the quality of the recording was better because the book is great. That's not to say, K.D Jackson didn't do a good job narrating. But It sounded like it was being recorded in a big empty room. Having said that, this book really nailed why erotic romance is so popular with the ladies. But, if we were all being seduced like this at home we wouldn't be listening to romance on audible as much lol. Anyway on with the review...
Wendy and her husband get caught up in life and the mundane tasks of raising a family. Along the way they loose their spark. Without making time for one another the intimacy between them grows stale. After a Kindle mix up things get steamy. Wendy is worried her husband will get into her Kindle and know what she's really fantasizing about. Frank (Wendy's husband) of course seizes the opportunity to have a peak and see what really turns his wife on. After researching what's on the Kindle, Frank makes a chart detailing what he thinks Wendy wants.
Hair pulling 57%
Neck/nape bite/nuzzle 55%
Oral (giving) 51%
Oral (receiving) 46%
Nipple biting/pinching/clamps 30%
Frank's passion to be attentive to his wife's needs sets him on a mission to not only get his groove back but, give Wendy the excitement and satisfaction she craves.
After listening to this there won't be a woman alive who isn't thinking...
I wish my husband would break into my library and pay attention lol. I recommend the ladies and their husbands alike spend a credit on this panty dropping scorcher.

This story is about a married couple needing to spice up their sex life. I don't know if it was the narration but this book started off slow. The book soon heats up and there are some steamy scenes.
This audiobook was provided to me by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchanged for an unbiased review courtesy of Audiobook Blast.
😕 Wendy is bored in the bedroom after being married for MANY years. Frank is easily predictable and doesn't vary at all. Wendy gets more satisfaction from reading her trashy, e-books about domination.
One day Wendy's e-reader accidentally gets mixed up with Frank's. Will Frank figure out Wendy's password and access all her trashy books? Will he be turned off by her choice in reading material? Should she be ashamed?
If Frank finds his way into her reading material, will he start mixing it up in the bedroom?
This is a pretty straightforward husband and wife falling into a routine, not communicating, etc. I give it an above average 3 stars.
The narration was pretty slow, but once I changed the speed to a little bit faster on my iPod it got better. There was a tinny sound (like the narrator is not performing in a soundproof room) that I noticed in the beginning, but I got used to it. I give the narration and above average 3 stars as well.
Overall; I found that the book was above average, so the overall rating is 3 stars.

An interesting and very different book. It was interesting how the author referenced her own novels and fictional characters. I like that the story revolves around a mature, married couple revitalizing their marriage. The book reads a little like an instruction guide for men, but it is probably not men who are reading it! We, women, will all be wanting our own Frank!
The narrator was not as good as usual. She sounded too much like she was just reading a book, and not all that well much of the time.
I received this free copy from the author/narrator and voluntarily offered an unbiased review.
I love the idea behind the story. A married couple who have fallen into a sexual rut who have found an incredible sex life together through shared kinks and fantasies. The writer's style needs a bit of polish as does the narrator. But overall a sexy and enjoyable listen.

If you could sum up What Wendy Wants in three words, what would they be?
sexy, sweet, enjoyable
Who was your favorite character and why?
Her husband since he did most of the "talking"
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
The narration, unfortunately, was not my favorite. The editing of clips together often resulted in a complete change of tone in the middle of a section. The narrator often seemed bored with what she was reading. You could a lot of background noises - just felt like someone reading a book to me, not acting it out, narrating it. Overall, would definitely recommend the book, only so-so on the audiobook though.
Any additional comments?
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. I have always been a fan of Nikki Sex and this book did not disappoint. It was sweet, sexy, and characters were believable, lovable.
Everyone wants someone who can make their fantasies come true. Frank discovers that his wife has many fantasies and decides to make them come true. The story was slow but picked up. Good Listen.

I was presently surprised by this book.. When Wendy and Frank's married sex life is stale, due to life... (children, work), unbeknownst to Frank, Wendy has been reading Erotic novels. Once Frank finds out, due to a mix up in their Kindles, Frank make it his mission to find out as much as he can about the BDSM world.
He also realizes that he's been holding back on Wendy as well.
When he surprises Wendy with this new found knowledge, not only does it make their marriage stronger, but it brings them back to a much more honest and open communication.
It was so refreshing to read this as a married couple, discovering each other again.
Unfortunately, the narration wasn't the best.. Quite monotone and really felt like they were just reading the book. But it wasn't bad enough that I turned it off - lol
I would highly recommend this book.

Wendy is having an erotic dream about a star in a tv show and awakes next to her husband frustrated but silent as to what is going on.
Frank, Wendy's husband, mistakenly takes her kindle to work and not his own, and soon discovers because of her erotic novels, that Wendy is wanting more from their sex lives.Wendy and Frank love each other, but between work, children and failure to communicate their owns needs (both of them) are a bit frustrated and knowing something is missing.
Well they begin to experience and change by exploring their fantasies.
Wow are there ever great hit and exciting scenes...very well written. This was also so great that they loved each other and weren't looking elsewhere for satisfaction it found a new and exciting way to explore their intimacy. Married a long time can lead to complacency and I love how this book showed how that need not happen.
Athens narrator is ok...the sound was strange at the beginning..perhaps to reflect the dream but I found it annoying. The narrator can lose me with a lack of emotion at times but does well with the erotic portions.
If you are looking for a fair amount of hot and heavy action between spouses, which is great since they love each other..and no angst to speak of...I highly recommend this book. Give it a try !
This is a good book with a refreshing story line for this genre. The narration leaves something to be desired, at first. In the beginning the narrator is a bit monotone and it sounds like she is recording in a tunnel. As the book goes on, it gets better....I'm not sure if the problems were corrected or if I was just so entertained by the book that I didn't notice it anymore. Either way, it's not distracting enough to miss the book. If this is your usual genre, you won't be disappointed!
I definitely recommend this book. I received a free review copy in exchange for an honest review.
