Publisher's summary

Now, in the enticing conclusion to Tara Sue Me's Submissive Trilogy, the submissive and her dominant explore just how long they can make the pleasure last...

It started with a hidden desire. Millionaire CEO Nathaniel West has always played by his own strict set of rules, ones he expects everyone to follow - especially the women he's dominated in his bedroom. But his newest lover is breaking down all his boundaries and rewriting his rule book.

Abby King never imagined that she would capture the heart of Nathaniel West, one of New York City’s most eligible bachelors - and its most desirable dominant. What began as a weekend arrangement of pleasure has become a passionate romance with a man who knows every inch of her body and her soul - yet remains an enigmatic lover. Though he is tender and caring, his painful past remains a wall between them.

Abby knows the only way to truly earn his trust is to submit to him fully and let go of all of her lingering inhibitions. Because to lead Nathaniel on a path to greater intimacy, she must first let him deeper into her world than anyone has ever gone before...

Very Good

This was a good book Abby and Nathaniel found their way. I loved this series and I am sad to see it end. Nathaniel stalked Abby and I guess in a way she stalked him also he was very patient with training her sometimes almost timid because he was afraid to push her away. I am glad that this book had a happy ending.

Loved her, hated him.

I loved the girl narrating for Abigail, but I wish she would have done the whole story. I didn't much care for Nathan's narration. He was too monotone for much of it. Loved the book over all though.

the Training

Where does The Training rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book was narrated by Angelica Lee for the female POV and William Sharpe for the male POV. I do think whoever narrates a book can make or break the book. These narrators were very good.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Mostly

Any additional comments?

The Training is a continuation of Nathaniel West training Abby King. I loved this love story.
What I loved about the story is the playfulness between both Abby King & Nathaniel West and yet he is very much an Alpha male! He is also very romantic in a domineering sort of way.

After I was so disappointed with The Dominant because I really felt it was a repeat of book one. This book made me happy. This book has an HEA and yet written so you know there will be more books. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more in this series.

The Training was not an ARC I bought it. This was an audible book. I give The Training 4.5 stars.

THIS BOOK HAS NO PLOT!!!

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The narration from both actors was good. My problem was will the story itself. Horrible!!

What could Tara Sue Me have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Have A Plot!! Beside two people having kinky sex with a side of degrading with a topping of them talking about the whole scene all over again for 10 HOURS!!!

Which scene was your favorite?

I didn't have one. The only good parts of this book was when Nathaniel becomes somewhat human as he recites poetry to her & I will admit when he said you are my 1% my heart melted. Unfortunately that only lasts for one sentence then he has to open his mouth again & ruins it.

What character would you cut from The Training?

Since there's only really two characters in this book you really can't. Rewrite them make Nathaniel less of a sexed up egomaniac who likes to degrade the woman he "loves" in the name of dominance & more loving to her. It's called respect which he doesn't have for her.

Then there's Abby King who is so infuriating with her "I Disappointed You" crap. How about the "He beats you & calls it foreplay, makes for crawl on all fours, & kiss his feet" stuff at least she didn't like the crawling so she does have some standards. I was wishing thru the whole book for her to say NO this is NOT okay. I Am A Person Not A PET!

Any additional comments?

I Wish I Hadn't Spent My Money On This Crap. Thank God I Didn't Use A Credit!!

Good, but not as good.

What did you like best about The Training? What did you like least?

What I liked most about this book was that she wrote another. What I least liked about it was, it really didn't measure up to the first two.

Would you be willing to try another book from Tara Sue Me? Why or why not?

Yes, I probably would she writes in a way that keeps my interest.

Did Angelica Lee and William Sharpe do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Not sure about that.

Was The Training worth the listening time?

So so

Not as Great as the First 2

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

It ends like the third book in the 50 Shades Trilogy. It just ends....That's it.I listened to the end but I have to return it. It isn't a keeper for me

Has The Training turned you off from other books in this genre?

No I will still read others in this genre I just have to be leery of the end of a trilogy LOL

Which character – as performed by Angelica Lee and William Sharpe – was your favorite?

They perform the main characters. The best part is that they are perform those characters in Book 1 and 2. That gives the reader/listener the same voice.

What character would you cut from The Training?

I would keep all characters. However I would have liked more development from the guy that he had a slight altercation with at the party. I can't think of his name right now.

Any additional comments?

No
