Adrian Wilkes - an up-and-coming actor living in Los Angeles - finds himself in a little-known strip club, waiting to meet the male escort his best friend has hired for him. Despite his initial doubts, he is instantly captivated by the club's premier dancer, a beautiful young man who goes by the stage name Eros.
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes. As the first audiobook I had ever listened to, I was not sure what it would be like to listen to someone else read. However, I enjoyed the Narrator's voice and it was easy to listen to. I already have the Kindle edition of this story, which I recommend. However, I would definitely recommend this audiobook as well.
What other book might you compare The Evening Star to and why?
I have no other audiobooks to compare this one too. Sorry.
Which character – as performed by Juan G Molinari – was your favorite?
Adrian. The Narrator captured that character pretty well, in my opinion.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Absolutely. I love the fact that Audible tells you how long the book is. That way I was able to plan a time to listen without any interruptions.
